Admission Criteria 

Eligibility for CSSP services will be determined by an Independent Assessment and an authorization for services at this level of care.

 Program Specific Admission Criteria:
1) Diagnosis consistent with CCI’s capability and mission statement
2) In need of a structured environment which includes consistent daily schedule
3) Agreement to follow house and community rules as set by staff and clients
4) Ability to take medications independently 
5) Ability to guarantee payment for housing in housing agreement
